Rules & Policies

• No Smoking
• No running in barn
• No feeding horses not owned by you
• No riding horse not owned by you without permission
• No hanging, sticking, nailing of any kind or anything on stalls other than what Westin Stables has provided.
• Must pick up after yourself and horse
• Must talk with Tonya on trainer and arena use
• Riding is at own risk (helmets recommended)
• Entering stable property at own risk

Notification of Leaving

• 45 days notice must be given in writing. (charges will apply)
• Westin Stables has the right to evict without warning
• Balance paid before leaving

Liability

Westin Stables will do our very best to keep your horse(s) as safe as we possibly can. Boarding with Westin Stables means you are comfortable with all we have to offer.

All horses boarded with Westin Stables will be vet checked and a coggins test will
be run before coming to the stables. A copy of test and vet's clean bill of health
will be placed boarders file. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, this is for the safety of all boarders.

Westin Stables will not be held responsible for any and all accidents that may happen while boarding with us. Please know that we will do everything possible to keep your horse(s) healthy and out of harms way. Boarders will be notified of any injuries or illnesses, also whether a vet should be notified. If a serious accident or illness should occur, a vet will be called immediately. Please notify Tonya of any veterinarian you wish to have notified in case of an emergency. If no veterinarian is given, Westin Stables vet will be called.
